The intrepid adventurers will start by riding to John O'Groats, staying overnight and then riding to Lands End. Another overnight stay and then back to East Grinstead Rugby Club. A total of around 2000 miles in 3 days.
Please see the next page for more details of this cheeky little ride out...
The bikes will be ridden to our usual hotel near Adeneu in Germany where I have no doubt a full debrief will be held. During our stay the bikes will be ridden around some of the best biking roads known to man and all will then face the infamous Nurburgring, hoping to complete a full lap without incident.
In total, another 2000 miles.

Lloyd, Pete, Chrissie, Paul, and Martin completed an "Iron Butt Challenge" in 2018, all aboard their usual bikes.
In order for more riders to participate in this event the challenge will be for the bikes to complete the 1000 miles in 24 hours, with as many riders as required. 50 mile or so laps from a base to be confirmed is the plan, but with at least one visit per bike to both East Grinstead Rugby Club and The National Memorial Arboretum
This picture shows us at around 20 hours into the epic ride, with the grimaces showing why its just the bikes that have to complete the 1000 miles..!
The challenge for the Dilligaf riders is to complete all 3 events on our heroic bikes, whilst holding down day jobs and not telling our family how much we're spending on keeping them going. However each individual event is open to all and we sincerely hope others will join us on their own bikes as lets face it, we're bound to fall out with each other at some stage.
Therefore if you fancy a challenge, please get in touch. All we ask is that you try to bring a degree of sponsorship..
The Goat ? German Hotel security - I kid you not...
I have several additions to make to the challenges more entertaining or challenging (depending on your point of view...). Further details will be added as and when confirmed,...
